Brandon Boundy
Hello, I would like to formally introduce myself, my name is Brandon Boundy. I am happy to be a part of the team here at Atoe Training and Resource Centre. I have been a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse since 2012, gaining extensive experience on the medical unit and currently serving in the emergency rooms of Wallaceburg and Chatham, Ontario. In pursuit of furthering my career, I am currently entering my third year at the University of Windsor to obtain my BScN.
My professional journey includes roles such as Clinical Teaching at St. Clair College for the second-year RPN program since 2017, and significant contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic, where I worked in vaccination clinics in Chatham and later for Medavie in the Greater Toronto Area. During my time in Toronto, I worked numerous Covid vaccine clinics, eventually becoming a site lead. During this time as a site lead, I had the privilege of overseeing the vaccination clinics and coordinating efforts with a dedicated team of staff members.
My commitment to providing quality patient care led me to join the Chatham-Kent Hospice in 2023. In addition to my clinical roles, I served as Vice President of the Chatham-Kent Nursing Society in 2023/2024 for St. Clair College/University of Windsor, where I coordinated volunteer opportunities with the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation and the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
My passion for teaching and professional growth has also taken me on travel nursing contracts, including a transformative experience in Fort Albany, a remote Indigenous reserve in Northern Ontario, and a valuable stint in Île-à-la-Crosse, Northern Saskatchewan. These diverse experiences have enriched my skills and deepened my commitment to delivering a compassionate and high-quality care.
